Rayson non woven company develops super wider joint non woven fabric!

In September, 2015, Rayson non woven company introduce advanced automation equipment from abroad, and formally put into production. This equipment can make polypropylene spunbond non woven spliced into any width, such as 4.5 meters, 6.5 meters, 12 meters . The maximum width can be 30 m. Our joint non woven can effectively solve the problem of small coverage area with huge humam source in actual use. 

Joint non woven fabric is suitable for crop cultivation, aquaculture and gardening, etc. It can be used as floating PP non-woven films, insulation film, greenhouse film, air permeable frost protection film, shade cloth. The large width can be folded into customer requirements on a roll again. It is quite convenient for transportation and distribution.

Rayson’s joint non woven fabric has exported to the Americas, Australia, the countries and regions in Asia for many years. It is widely used in agricultural and horticultural areas and it is spoke highly by our  eligible customers. In addition, according to customers’ request, Rayson company can make non woven with anti-aging, anti-UV treatment and also hydrophilic absorbent, permeable treatment; antistatic, flame retardant treatment.

The material that Rayson used for making joint non woven is pp, which can make the fabric strong and environmetal friendly. Rayson can also make two lines of glue which can guarantee high quality.

The way that we make joint non woven is displacement heat sealing method. It can ensure firmness and flat winding.

After splicing, we use foreign advanced technology to do rewinding which can make the roll with smaller diameter, tightly roll and flat surface. So that our loading quantity in a 40HQ container increases from 6.5 tons of non woven industry to 10 tons, thus greatly reducing  transportation costs.

According to customer requirements, Rayson can produce pp non woven with 6 months to 24 months of anti-aging treatment which can extend its lifetime. PP spunbond non woven is environmental friendly. It is biodegradable after a certain time of exposing to the sun and rain. It can help to solve the problem of environmental pollution and huge human cost for material recycle.
